Forum migration status

I run multiple forums and I am working on combining them all into one, for easier maintenance.  This will require that your email address is up to date for password reset, but otherwise all accounts and posts/topics will be kept.

I also want to look into making the shard listings part of the forum account, it will make one less password to have to remember.
