Just a heads up we are experiencing heavy packet loss and this will skew all graphs and ping display until it is rectified. Do not be alarmed if you see high ping for your shard and a crazy looking graph,the issue is at our end, and the data centre is aware of the issue.
This seems to be an intermittent issue in the past few days. I have been working on a better way to monitor the server so I will be able to better track this stuff.
If this issue continues to persist I will look into another server provider. In fact because I no longer run my shard I may be able to get away with a VPS somewhere.

This seems to still be happening. Looks like it's related to DDoS attacks on the network. They are investigating.
